Returns are accepted within 14 days.

We accept returns if you received incorrect or damaged order.

Note: difference between colors of printed product and image seen on screen cannot be considered a reason for return!

We do not accept returns if you hanged the wallpaper incorrectly or damaged the product you received due to incorrect handling. Please check your orders carefully upon arrival and if there are any issues, please contact us at:

The following information has to be provided when contacting us regarding the return or refund:

Your order number
Reason for return
Whether you want to receive refund or return the product for replacement.

Please note that all products must be returned in their original packaging and with your full contact information within 30 days.

Refunds are accomplished within 5 days to the Credit Card that you have used to place the order

Shipping charges are to be applied for the returned packages that customer wants to be resent, if the packages were returned due to the following reasons:

package was unclaimed at customs,
package was returned by the customer,
package was undeliverable due to the indication of incorrect address by the customer,
package was returned because customer had not picked it up at his local post office upon reception of “Attempted Delivery” notice from postal service.
